More than 200 million people around the world use software from RealVNC to remotely control and access networked desktop and mobile devices.

My initial brief was to produce a set of illustrations or icons that represented their four main application sectors – VNC at work, at home, on the road and integrated. The icons where used across a range of exhibition banners at their double Queens Award celebration event and have subsequently been adopted for use across much of their communication material.

Since then I have produced recruitment and event adverts, web banners, product brochures, tech sheets and exhibition banners for other events around the world – both in English and foreign languages.

Much of this work has included producing illustrations of generic, non-identifiable devices, image manipulation and creating ‘familiar’ screen app icons – so that the graphics are easily understood without being aligned to any specific product or technology that would quickly become dated.
