Katherine and Jason are on a mission to simplify HR by using plain language and accessible, straightforward processes that help both the employee and the employer. For them, HR is all about people. So when they approached me for an identity I focused my efforts on trying to reflect that.
The company name says it all really but itβs long and, on its own, a bit visually limiting β I wanted to emphasise the personal connection.
Their new identity and start-up communications material have helped them stand out in a crowded market place, providing a strong reminder whenever customers come in contact.
